Ningbo Tianye Precision Casting Co., Ltd. is a professional silicasol precision casting manufacturer, which is a technically cooperative project with Tsinghua University. The famous expert in the field of precision casting, professor of Tsinghua University - Buju Jiang - personally presides over the project demonstration and process design and provides technical support. This project has also won concern and assistance of China Casting Association Precision Casting Branch who has provided strong technical backing for corporate development. Our company has a total investment of USD2.25 million. As a modern process flow line has been built up, the annual production capacity is expected to be 1,200MT high quality silicon sol precision castings. The line of our products includes high-precision parts for automobiles and motorcycles, stainless steel marine type hardware, stainless steel pipes, valves, stainless steel architectural hardware components, high electric pure copper and all types of copper alloy precision castings, steam turbines, guide buckets of gas turbine, and impellers. Located in Ningbo on the coast of East China Sea, our company occupies an area of 16,665 square meters with a building floor of 10,000 square meters. Our company adopts domestically advanced silica sol shell-making technology, with all major equipment introduced from Taiwan area and Italy. The wax injection machine has a maximum mold-clamping force of 30 tons, which can produce large-sized precision castings. There's fast shell-making wind tunnel. When quick drying silica sol is used, the drying rate between layers can be shortened to 2 hours. There're fast intermediate frequency furnaces, automatic record of temperature measurement at stokehold and computer network. Direct-reading spectrograph can make quick analysis at stokehold. Perfect finishing and cast machining apparatuses are fitted. Our company has also set up a mold-making center, which creates advantages for product development and subsequent machining. Our company has a young and efficient staff, including 10% of college graduates and 70% of special technical school or senior high school graduates.
